With this new addition, customers receive information and images straight from the job, giving clarity and the ability to make key decisions quickly.
Partnering with novecom we have been able to document our servicing via a new app developed specifically for our needs, to provide customers with the best service.
This has enabled a more efficent service and a reliable sustainable approach, as we transform the way we carry out day-to-day tasks.
The new service app has had a positive impact on how we operate and has improved efficiency. We believe that it gives our customers a clear understanding of the work we are carrying out.
As we embrace new technologies, it is important that we are considering the environment and its impact. This initiative is in support of a paperless system, contributing to a reduced paper waste total.
